Large Group Beach Houses

Organizing travel for 10, 15, or 20 people requires thoughtful space, smart layouts, and proven amenities. North Myrtle Beach is South Carolina's most sought-after destination for multigenerational family reunions, youth sports tournaments at the North Myrtle Beach Park & Sports Complex, annual golf groups, and church retreats. Our curated collection of large-group beach houses is purpose-built to deliver unforgettable shared memories without sacrificing personal privacy.

Our signature retreat property—the 6-bedroom Sandy Bobcat in Cherry Grove—comfortably sleeps up to 20 guests across six private bedrooms and six full bathrooms. Equipped with an in-home commercial-grade residential elevator, private outdoor pool, wraparound ocean-view balconies, and a gourmet kitchen with dual refrigerators and double coffee bars, it makes meal prep and relaxing effortless for multi-family groups.

Located just a two-minute walk from wide sandy beaches and minutes from Cherry Grove Fishing Pier, Boulineau's IGA, and Main Street shag clubs, our large homes keep everyone entertained. Booking directly with Beachy Keen Vacations eliminates 10% to 15% third-party service fees, saves your group hundreds (or thousands) of dollars, and gives your organizers a direct local point of contact at (843) 350-9855 to coordinate seamless digital arrivals.
