• Payment Processing: To process payments, refunds, and balance collections through Authorize.net.
• Account Management: To create and manage your Guest Portal, Owner Portal, or Staff Portal accounts.
• Marketing & Promotions: To send promotional emails, special offers, and newsletters (with your consent, where required by law). You may opt out at any time.
• Analytics & Improvement: To analyze Site usage, improve our services, personalize your experience, and develop new features using PostHog and other analytics tools.
• Security & Fraud Prevention: To detect and prevent fraudulent transactions, unauthorized access, and other security threats using hCaptcha and other security measures.

• Hostaway: Our property management system. Your booking information, guest details, and stay-related data are processed through Hostaway to manage reservations, calendars, pricing, and guest communications. Hostaway's privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policy.
• Authorize.net (Visa): Our payment processor. Your payment card information is transmitted directly to and processed by Authorize.net in compliance with PCI-DSS standards. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.
• Breezeway: Our property operations platform. Stay information, property data, maintenance requests, and operational details are shared with Breezeway to facilitate cleaning schedules, property inspections, work order management, and task coordination. Breezeway's data handling is governed by Breezeway, Inc.'s own privacy policy and terms of service.
• PostHog: Our analytics platform. Anonymized and pseudonymized usage data, device information, and browsing behavior are collected by PostHog to analyze Site performance and user experience. PostHog's data processing is governed by their privacy policy.
• hCaptcha (Intuition Machines, Inc.): Our security verification provider. Device and interaction data are processed by hCaptcha to distinguish human users from automated bots. hCaptcha's data processing is governed by their privacy policy.
• Supabase: Our database and authentication infrastructure provider. Account data and application data are stored on Supabase's cloud infrastructure. Supabase's data processing is governed by their privacy policy.
