The open-concept living and dining area is perfect for gathering with family and friends, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light and frame the stunning coastal scenery. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails on the private balcony while listening to the sound of the waves. With comfortable furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, and direct beach access, this cozy getaway is the perfect place to relax and recharge.” The condo is located on the second floor (no elevator) overlooking the pool and offers a nice screened in porch to drop all your beach items before heading inside. The condo has a full size washer and dryer that is located in the laundry closet on the screened in porch. The bedrooms provide clean, comfortable beds and flat screen TVs to enjoy a show before falling asleep. Our condo is in the Ocean Drive section of North Myrle Beach. You will be eight blocks from Main Street which offers plenty of shopping, ice cream and games for the kids, and many of the locals' favorite restaurants and bars. You are a short car ride from golf courses, Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlets and all North Myrtle Beach has to offer. **PLEASE NOTE: The guest who makes the reservation/the name on the rental agreement must be at least 25 years old, and he/she must be in the rental the entire length of the stay. ** *NO pets allowed. NO Smoking, Vaping or Drugs allowed in the unit or on the balcony. NO large gatherings and/or parties allowed*
