Inside the Home: Space for Everyone: 4 comfortable bedrooms and 3 full baths ensure no one is cramped. Chef’s Kitchen: Fully equipped with everything you need to whip up family feasts. House Rules & Info: The primary guest must be 25+ years old and stay for the duration of the trip. Maximum occupancy: 10 guests. No motorcycles or trailers. Maximum vehicles for the home is 6. No pets, smoking, or large parties allowed. Note: Pool heating is available for an additional fee. in lieu of collecting a security deposit, you card on file will be authorized i/a/o $500 and released two days after your check-out (This is similar to when your card is authorized for incidentals at a hotel). You will see a "pre-authorization" or "pending" status on your card.
