Bedroom 3: Two Queen Beds. Kitchen: Fully equipped chef's kitchen with a coffee maker, blender, and plenty of seating for group meals. Prime Location: Situated in North Myrtle Beach, you are just a short drive from premier golf courses, fishing charters, Barefoot Landing, and the best dining the coast has to offer. Rules & Requirements: Primary guest must be 25+ and present throughout the stay. Rental agreement and ID required prior to check-in. No smoking, no animals, and no motorcycles/trailers/golf carts permitted. in lieu of collecting a security deposit, you card on file will be authorized i/a/o $500 and released two days after your check-out (This is similar to when your card is authorized for incidentals at a hotel). You will see a "pre-authorization" or "pending" status on your card. On-Site Parking: The rental includes complimentary parking for two vehicles. Adjacent Public Lot: A public parking lot is located directly next door. The rate is $4.00 per hour during peak daytime hours. Parking is free from 5:00 AM to 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM to 12:00 AM. Vehicles are strictly prohibited from parking here between 12:00 AM and 5:00 AM. Daytime Overflow: Additional daytime parking is available at a nearby shopping complex, located 3 to 5 minutes away. Overnight Overflow: Vehicles requiring overnight accommodation beyond the two allotted on-site spaces must utilize paid private lots approximately 10 minutes away or an overnight parking garage in Myrtle Beach.

Rules and Restrictions: - You must be at least 25 years old to make a reservation and must remain present the entire length of stay. -Photo ID and message stating you agree to policies must be received before check-in information will be given. -NO Smoking, Vaping, Drugs in Unit or on Balcony -NO Animals Allowed -NO Parties Allowed -NO Motorcycles/Trailers/Golf Carts Allowed Please note, this unit undergoes regular pest control as a protective barrier against insects that are common in a coastal environment. The solution used is diluted and not harmful to animals or humans.
