Rules and Restrictions: - You must be 25 years old to rent this property. -Motorcycles, trailers, RVs, golf carts and smoking are not permitted. -Smoking, vaping, drug use, and marijuana use are strictly prohibited both on the property and inside the home. -Pets welcome but please ask for approval before booking. No pets on furniture and must be put in a safe place while you are away from the home. Non-refundable pet fee charged after booking upon approval of pet ($150 for the 1st pet, $100 per additional) -in lieu of collecting a security deposit, you card on file will be authorized i/a/o $500 and released two days after your check-out (This is similar to when your card is authorized for incidentals at a hotel). You will see a "pre-authorization" or "pending" status on your card.
